

Most of the activities will take place in the Engineering Building, University of Saskatchewan. There will be a few external tours and activities.
The girls will stay overnight at the Travelodge Hotel. Accomodations are four girls to a room and hallways will be monitored all night for the safety of the girls.
Transportation to and from the hotel and to external activities will be provided by Saskatoon Transit Charters.
All meals from Friday lunch to Saturday supper are included in the cost of registration. Meals will be allergy and vegetarian-conscious but please be sure to note any food-related concerns on the registration form.
Activities will include several tours of on and off-campus engineering facilities, as well as fun, hands-on projects. Girls will also have an opportunity to meet women from industry during our Saturday afternoon Speakers' Panel. Evening activities will include a social activity on Friday and a semi-formal banquet on Saturday to wrap up the conference.
Parents are invited to attend the presentations that will take place following the banquet on Saturday.
Registration will soon be open. We recommend registering online to guarantee a spot! If you cannot register online, contact our office and we will mail you a registration form. Online registration is highly recommended.
The cost of the conference is $99, which covers all meals (except breakfast on Friday), transportation*, accomodations, and supplies. Payment can be made online, by phoning our office at 966-7597, or by mailing a cheque (made out to the University of Saskatchewan).

Please keep checking back for updates on the pre-conference package which will include a conference schedule, information regarding Friday morning registration, what to bring, and pickup information.
*We are unable to cover personal transportation to and from the conference.

All volunteers are current University of Saskatchewan students. Group leaders and overnight volunteers are required to submit valid criminal record checks.
